EuroChick was founded in 2005 by brothers Markus and Stefan Hoffmann, who grew up on their family's poultry farm in rural Germany. Witnessing the challenges of small-scale poultry farmers firsthand, they envisioned creating a company that could connect quality producers with businesses across Europe while maintaining the highest standards of freshness and quality.
Starting with a small distribution center in Germany and partnerships with just ten local farms, EuroChick quickly gained recognition for its unwavering commitment to quality and reliability. By 2010, we had expanded our operations to include facilities in Poland and Spain, allowing us to serve customers across Western and Southern Europe more efficiently.
The turning point came in 2015 when we invested heavily in technological innovation, introducing automated processing systems and advanced tracking technologies that revolutionized our operations. This technological leap forward not only enhanced our productivity but also allowed us to maintain even more stringent quality controls throughout our supply chain.
Today, EuroChick operates eight state-of-the-art processing facilities strategically located throughout Europe, serving thousands of businesses from small local restaurants to major retail chains.
